We went to the restaurant. It has a separate menu for celiacs. They take care of the gluten-free options and adapted the starters so we could share with the other diners without worrying. It's very much appreciated.

We ate here for the annual Paprika Festival and ordered the accompanying menu. The location is very beautiful. We sat on the terrace at a table with a sea view and the sound of the waves. The staff was friendly and cheerful. My girlfriend's gluten intolerance was accommodated at no extra cost. Now for the menu: 1. Seafood Salpicón The seafood salad was delicious and fresh (there is no photo of this). 2. Bacalao Salad The salad looked very good. In terms of taste, it couldn't compete with either the previous salad or the main courses. We both noticed that pepper and lemon were missing. The salad base was bland. There's room for improvement here. 3. Mil hojas de rape en salsa Americana Well garnished and flavorful. Unfortunately, the puff pastry quickly soaked. Still, a delicious dish. 4. Roasted truffle steak with vegetable and pepper sauce and salted potatoes One of the best steaks I've had in a long time. It was buttery soft and served with an interesting paprika sauce. The sauce and accompanying vegetables were crisp and fresh. This dish is highly recommended. All in all, we would definitely return if we were to visit Cantabria.
