The food was good but we ordered gluten-free and despite it being delicious there must have been cross contamination and both of us with celiac disease got sick. It is important that if there are gluten-free options there is no contamination because then it is like not having options for celiacs. When you go to a place that has half the menu with gluten-free options, you trust it and think that it is going to be done well. It's annoying because it's not easy to find places with gluten-free options.

Everything perfect. The meat was delicious, the service couldn't have been better, the place is very nice... really worth repeating many times. We ate there on Santiago's day and it was spectacular. The steak has nothing to envy in the Basque country. We will repeat every time we come to Cantabria It has a celiac menu, which is always a plus given how difficult it is to find restaurants that comply one hundred percent.

When we went to Potes we ate here, many dishes on the menu are gluten-free, especially the croquettes, and they take special care of intolerances. The waiters were very attentive and pleasant.

We saw bad reviews, but also good ones so we were encouraged! Very nice terrace and dog friendly. They treated us super nice and attentive with the girls and the dog. And the food was very delicious, we ordered menus, we ate fabada (very delicious), grilled sea bass, very delicious cachopín, and very delicious belly salad. Normal children's menus, but at least the chicken was chicken! And they have gluten-free bread! The desserts: fried milk and cheese, very delicious!

Pretty good food. We had to share a salad (quite large by the way for one person and we chose a medium one for both of us and there were already plenty of leftovers). The price of the salad was good for the quantity. Then the pasta dish with cheese, quite expensive for pasta and salty. Expensive drinks, especially gluten-free.

A spectacular place. They have gluten-free food, and the quality is 10/10. It's nice to find gluten-free croquettes, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. I will definitely return and recommend it 100%.

Amazing views of the sea, excellent and attentive service and delicious food, well worth a visit. We went to both the upstairs restaurants and loved the e views and the food! We are gluten free and had plenty to choose from. The sharing dishes are fabulous! Excellent value for money. The dishes are those that you really remember the next day-wanting more!

They don't know the menu, they don't know if there are gluten-free options. Beware of the wild rice; it's bad, we don't recommend it, dry and tasteless; it sounded better than it tasted. The bread was bland, and it wasn't gluten-free. We don't recommend it. The best part...the location???

My son is celiac and they have gluten-free ice cream... A appreciated circumstance! Furthermore, they behaved very well since one tub was running out and they opened another one for me, to avoid possible cross-contamination... Also, they have ice cream flavors that are not typical! SPECTACULAR customer service. We will return for sure. It is a mandatory stop. Delicious ice cream!

Quiet place, good service and delicious food. Perhaps the food is a bit scarce in relation to the price. The tomato tartare is highly recommended. They have quite a few gluten-free options and are attentive about this issue.

It's a good place for takeaway food or eating in. It's not expensive and the quantity and quality are quite good. During peak hours, it's very busy, so it's best to book. It's one of the best places in Colindres for burgers and sandwiches, in terms of value for money. If you want, they'll deliver to your home. If you have gluten problems, they have food options with a separate fryer.

I have celiac disease and when I asked they explained to me that the starters were gluten-free but cross-contaminated. However, the arepas and cachapas are gluten free and without contamination. We ordered one of each and they were delicious. For dessert they have a gluten-free chocolate coulant but we didn't try it. They also have delicious drinks. Without a doubt, we will repeat.

We stayed one night at the hotel with half-board, including a thermal water circuit. The setting is fantastic, we rested, and the total feeling of relaxation we felt was priceless. If I want to highlight anything about the hotel, it's the excellent customer service. Friendly, polite, and pleasant service. At reception, in the restaurant, in the spa, and in the cafeteria in the building across the street (also in the same hotel). We felt incredible, truly. I have celiac disease and am lactose intolerant. And in the restaurant, from the moment I walked in, they told me what I could and couldn't eat. They cooked some things for me on the side, and I had so many delicious options that were perfect for me. Dinner was a buffet (they served the hot dishes), and everything seemed delicious. At the breakfast buffet, they also took my allergies into account, and I had a wide variety to choose from. This is wonderful for me, because it's not always the case, even in the best hotels. I appreciate it. The water temple is very nice. A wide variety of saunas and different jets. The pool area has natural light, making it very relaxing. There's an outdoor jacuzzi and a children's pool area with jets if you're traveling with children. I would have liked to have been informed about the specific properties of the spa waters, but otherwise, the experience was pleasant and enjoyable. We had the session at 10:00 a.m. and it wasn't too crowded, so it was great. I think it was a good time to go, because a couple told us that it was quite full the previous afternoon. Regarding the hotel, the rooms are comfortable and everything is very well-maintained and clean. One drawback is that I think the decor is stately, but it's quite dated now. All the carpeting, dark furniture, and gold moldings give the hotel a slightly outdated feel. I also got that feeling in the piano bar area. Other spaces, such as the restaurant or the area near the downstairs rooms (where we were staying), seemed more appropriate. For all these reasons, I rate my experience as very positive. We'll be back.

Disastrous experience in the corner of Valle Real. There are no gluten-free options, except for 1 muffin that you don't know how long it's been in the jar. We have ordered 2 coffees, 1 warm and the other with oat milk... No attention is paid to cross contamination between milks and lousy coffee

The ice creams are very good. We asked about the gluten-free ice creams and he told us which ones they had, plus the allergens are marked on the ice cream signs (although there were several without signs but it may be because we arrived when they just opened). My only complaint is that they put a cookie in the ice cream that obviously has gluten in it. Normally when I ask about allergens they ask me if I want a cookie or they don't give me one at all.
