Our holidays are over, but I can guarantee that a structure and hospitality like this will remain IN MY HEART FOREVER. An elegant, beautiful hotel, an incredible location, an unobtainable exterior with all the comforts possible and imaginable, a very intimate and enchanting private beach, a crazy Olympic swimming pool, and a FABULOUS swimming pool with hydromassage... The pearl of this structure is all the STAFF, starting from the reception who are always very nice, they made themselves available for our every need... and then to talk about the dining room staff, of whom it is DUTY TO PLEASE TO SAY OUR MOST SINCERE COMPLIMENTS. Everyone and I underline ALL are extremely SUNNY, AVAILABLE and VERY ATTENTIVE to all our needs, as both my daughter and I have celiac disease, we felt pampered in every way. EXCELLENT, QUALITY food, with lots of variety. Thanks to this wonderful staff....whom I will always carry in my heart

Enviable location, private beach and clean, large swimming pools. Immense and well-kept natural park. Breakfast and dinner staff smiling and always attentive to everyone, friendly and hardworking. The furniture is certainly a little dated, it should be made more modern and the available spaces should be used for entertainment events for guests. You eat well and with the right portions. Also pay attention to gluten-free. Perfect staff, beautiful location but needs updating. But I think it is a problem of the island of Elba to have these large structures but they remain in the past
