Hu Hot is a great place to eat. The service is also great. If you don't like what you have, it's your own fault. ;-) They have a great selection, and if you have issues with gluten, they give you a white bowl to put your food in and they clean and separate a spot on the grill, use cleaned utensils so there is no chance of cross contamination. Highly recommend Hu Hot.

I've always enjoyed the custom plates that you can make. They also will clean the grill for people with food allergies which has been great for my friend with celiac
