Hu Hot is a great place to eat. The service is also great. If you don't like what you have, it's your own fault. ;-) They have a great selection, and if you have issues with gluten, they give you a white bowl to put your food in and they clean and separate a spot on the grill, use cleaned utensils so there is no chance of cross contamination. I had a wonderful experience here as a celiac gluten free person! I went with some family to tag along and was NOT expecting to be able to eat anything. I told this to the waitress and she immediately asked if it was an allergy or preference and I explained it was an allergy. She informed me of the gluten free options and was so kind. I don’t like red sauce so I was able to order GF rotini with butter on it and add parmesan, and grilled chicken. I got zuppa toscana as a soup. The manager actually brought my food out to me when it was ready and he informed me of all of the precautions taken- like changing to clean gloves, cleaning and sanitizing prep areas, using separate pots/pans/kitchen tools, etc. I felt really taken seriously and well accommodated. I will definitely be back!
