Hugo's

We’re visiting from out of town and we’re looking for a spot to grab brunch/lunch. We saw Hugo’s had great reviews, so we gave it a try. Everything was perfect: the service, the ambiance, and especially the food! The Mexican Benedict was DELICIOUS, and my husband really loved his Chicken Caprese sandwich. We also really appreciated how they had gluten free bread as an option. Everything was so flavorful and fresh. We are so glad we chose this spot for brunch!

Spectacular and creative dishes, made with high quality ingredients and superb chefing, these were some of the best meals we’ve eaten out all year long. We loved it so much we returned the very next night! Hugo would give the restaurant scenes in Denver or Chicago a run for their money. Each dish on the menu is well thought out, including the deserts. Gluten free options are excellent. Atmo could use some improvement in lighting (heavy reliance on overhead lights) and decor, minor changes could have big impact. Next time we are in Colorado we will find our way back to Hugo’s!
