We had Fitchburg Hy-Vee cater our wedding this past weekend and our experience was amazing! We worked with Lucy who was great at communicating, answering my many questions and making our day special! We had a winter-themed wedding and Lucy helped create a hot chocolate bar that was adorable and so yummy! For dinner we had a pasta bar which Hy-Vee made gluten free! Myself as the bride and several guests eat gluten-free and Hy-Vee didn’t blink when I asked if the pasta bar could be done gluten free! Salad, dressings, penne pasta, meatballs, chicken, marinara and Alfredo sauce ALL gluten free! So many compliments on the food and it was delicious. Thank you Lucy and team and Fitchburg Hy-Vee!!
