They now have the BEST gluten free pancakes in town! It’s tough to find a breakfast place that makes them right. Kudos to the chef. All of our gf breakfast was perfect. Great location & friendly staff.

Table placed an order, I was notified as the food was being brought to the table that they were out of gluten free pancake. I only ordered gluten free pancakes, I asked if I were to order something else how long would my food take- waitress responded about 20 minutes. Not acceptable, I was not notified immediately of the no gluten free pancakes and I was able to watch my table eat breakfast as I had nothing. No thank you IHOP.. not recommending IHOP at the hillside location.
