I have been to Ihop all over and I have to say this is the worst. $17 for a mexican tres leches that was barely on one of the 4 pancakes with the other completely dry. Terrible! It puts all other Ihops to shame. The plus side was their gluten friendly option.

I love IHOP. Only place that makes gluten free pancakes and waffles.
