The staff and atmosphere were amazing. The price may vary depending on extras like poutine-style fries. The food was cooked with care and the burger I had was cooked perfectly with epic toppings. The ihop sauce was delicious too! I highly recommend this place, especially for those with gluten intolerance as they have gluten-free options. I will definitely be coming back.

It was our anniversary & we were looking for a place to stay & eat. We stayed at the Sheraton 4 Points and dined at Sophia & Spritz. I'm celiac, and finding a place that can cater to my allergy can be difficult. Our server was Christopher & he was knowledgeable in regards to my allegy, the menu & the wines. He went above and beyond what I would consider the norm in this industry. We had the roasted short rib & it was absolutely amazing! Would definitely recommend & looking forward to our next visit there.

I recently learned that Jean's has gluten free options. I've enjoyed their "liver & onions" and their "eggs, bacon & toasts (gluten free bread in a dedicated fryer)". They don't have gluten free gravy so certain meals aren't an option unless you bring your own gravy (which I'm willing to do) & they heat it up for you. I want to try their hamburg steak dinner. The staff are friendly and attentive. I'm definitely going back.

BEST PLACE EVER!!! I just went back today for the 10th time in the past month and I am obsessed! They have so many options and selections with different dietary needs in mind which is AMAZING for a stricly gluten free and dairy free person like myself. The people, food, and everything about this place is amazing, It is a must try for anyone! After I eat there I am happy and full of delicious healthy food which leaves me full until my next meal!
