My wife is allergic to wheat. IHOP has gluten free pancakes and hamburger buns. We appreciate it very much

Incredibly slow service. I ordered a dish that came with pancakes and requested gluten free for the pancakes and they refused to accommodate, even though they have gluten free pancakes and say so on their menu. Our waitress was friendly but she was clearly overwhelmed and short staffed with the huge crowd. She couldn't get to us often. Eggs were quite small and thin. Bacon was super thin and tasted like cardboard. Was it real bacon even? Place has really gone downhill since covid. Don't think I'll be going back here.
