Terrible customer service, long wait times. Gave consolation gift cards to a person with a gluten allergy after mistakenly giving her gluten pancakes, then refused to honor the gift cards a couple weeks later because they were “expired”. Manager needs some customer service training. Came across as very apathetic and uncaring. I love iHop generally but I will avoid this location.

Visited twice within a couple of weeks. The first visit the server gave regular pancakes instead of gluten free(gluten allergy) we were given gift cards due to the mix up… After deciding to give them a second chance and use the gift cards less than a month later we waited almost an hour for our food and when time to pay another 15 minutes just to pay. We tried paying with the gift cards and one of them was declined because it had expired. When the gift card was declined we asked to speak to manager and the manager declined to come out from the back to fix the issue. Poor management, server was great, had her hands full though. Need new management though. How a gift card expires that quick is beyond me. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Told them we will NOT be coming back.
