IHOP

Food was delicious. Excellent gluten free pancakes! Our server was very friendly and checked on us often. Why 3 stars? There was a young person standing directly by the entrance door smoking when we went in. A few minutes later that person came in and laid down in a booth. It was obvious the server knew them and was ok with it. Another employee had their two children at work and they were running around the dining area. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest.

We are just leaving IHOP in Clarksville Indiana. This was by far my worst experience here. My husband and I brought our daughter and 2 grandchildren to have breakfast. We were seated quickly but service and food was not good. My daughter is gluten sensitive and ordered a gluten free waffle, about 5 minuets after eating it she was having symptoms of her gluten sensitivity, the waffle was NOT made with gluten free mix. Our food came out after many people that came in after us were served. I ordered potato cakes and they sent out home fries and my whole plate has hash browns on it. They brought out my potato cakes soaked in grease when I was over the whole IHOP dining experience.
