I love breakfast foods and I have celiac. I have always struggled to find somewhere to eat and not suffer because of it.
I decided to go for it and went into the IHOP here in Cedar City, 💛 I simply stated that I have an actual allergy to gluten, as well as my concerns with cross contamination. I met the most compassionate, thoughtful consistent server. Katy addressed my concerns and made my needs a top priority.The cooks were made aware and very cautious and took the preventative measures to assure that I do not get sick. I will always come here. Great atmosphere, great service, and great food.
