I didn’t want to have to do this, but I have no choice. My wife and I came to visit this location on Christmas Day to eat because they were one of the only places open. We had been traveling all day and were tired and really didn’t want to cook. We have been to this location many times and there always seemed to be different kinds of issues from time to time, but they’ve always made it right in the end. Well not this time. When we got there, we waited well over an hour to even to be seated. They were heavily understaffed, and half of the restaurant emptied and no one really was cleaning the tables or really doing much else but serving the remaining people that were sitting. They slowly sat people down little by little and it took forever for us to even get seated. They called us back to get seated and they didn’t even clean the table first of all and we had to tell the waiter about it and they cleaned it off slowly. We just had to stand there awkwardly for a couple of minutes waiting for them. Once they cleaned off the table they sat us down and they took our order. I always order gluten friendly pancakes because that’s about all that I can eat here due to certain allergies. They took our order and we waited a little while for our food, but then the server comes back after about 10 minutes after our order was taken and told me they were out of gluten friendly pancakes, Belgian waffles, and all of that. I wasn’t amused because we had waited for well over an hour to just even be seated at this awful place. We told him we will just leave because I can’t eat there due to not having the gluten friendly pancakes, and he didn’t seem to care at all. I tried to flag down the manager about the issue and she stared at me and walked away. She clearly didn’t care either and just ignored me. My wife and I just got up and left, and as we left we could hear our waiter yell that his table was leaving like he was disappointed or something. I’ve never been treated this poorly by any restaurant ever in my life, and the fact that they didn’t care just made it worse. We wasted over an hour and a half at this crappy place for nothing on Christmas Day. The worst part about all of this is that my wife left two different reviews about this location concerning the same issue and they told her they’d be in contact with us about trying to make it right. Well guess what, we have been blatantly ignored twice now and it’s been over a month since the issue. This place clearly does not care about how any customer is treated, and if I were you I would go to a different location. This just isn’t okay, and I’m just incredibly disappointed in this crappy location. They’ve messed up my order time and time again when I’ve been to this place many times prior to this incident, but I’ve always came back and given them chances. Well unfortunately this was the worst visit my wife and I had and we will not be back. If you’re gonna try to rectify the situation, do it in a timely manner. Don’t lie to the customers about trying to get in contact with them. It’s just a bad look for your customer service. Sucks we can’t leave a zero star review.

This awful place still has yet to reach out to me. At this point it’s getting comical with how they don’t care about their customers at all. I’ve waited patiently for these people to get in contact with me, but apparently crappy service and terrible managing is what they stand by. Here’s a little tip, if you’re always understaffed…. DON’T open the doors for service. It’s kinda sad I’ve almost waited two months for a resolution and have not heard from anyone. I’m just going to keep pressing the issue until something happens. I shouldn’t even have to do this, but it’s just ridiculous at this point.
