Very caring and understanding of food allergies ! Our waiter was so kind and knowledgeable of celiac and food intolerances. I was able to get the Tikki Masala, it was beyond amazing! And the dairy and gluten free vegan pumpkin cheesecake. Was my first time here and will visit again for sure !

Food: I ordered the eggs Benedict and it was wonderful. It's a nice and light but filling option if you want a good balanced meal. Service: Our server was nice, and maybe it was early, but everybody just seemed in sleep mode. Food took a LONG time to come out. Menu: Nice options. Plenty of sweet and savory, good coffee and drink menu, and lunch options. Gluten-free and vegan options available. Atmosphere: It reminds me of urban farmhouse. Metal chairs, lots of woodgrain. Overall pleasing.

One of the highlights of our visit was the presentation; our waffles arrived elegantly on a silver tray, adding a touch of class to our meal. While things may get a bit messy (but isn't that part of the fun?), rest assured that every bite is worth it. We indulged in a variety of dishes, including the standout Waffle Sandwiches. I opted for the Chicken and Waffles, which paired perfectly with a drizzle of hot honey—truly an incredible combination that balances savory and sweet beautifully. My wife tried the Migas Waffle Sandwich, and she couldn't stop raving about it! She was able to get it with the gluten free waffle. To complement our meal, we also ordered Waffle Fries, which turned out to be an excellent bang for our buck! They were crispy and flavorful, ranking among the best waffle fries we've had. While the parking situation can be a bit tricky, especially with the limited spaces and nearby apartment restrictions, it's a small inconvenience compared to the delightful experience that awaits inside. Overall, I highly recommend Waffle Champions. Whether you're a fan of savory dishes, seeking gluten-free options, or simply looking for a fun dining experience, this spot should definitely be on your list. FRIDA is one of the only places in Oklahoma where I feel COMPLETELY safe dining. I have been diagnosed with celiac for 3 1/2 years and it is so nice to dine somewhere and not feel completely restricted! The staff is extremely accommodating and the food is AMAZING. Couldn’t recommend more!

The Mule: A Hit with the Whole Family! We recently took our parents and in-laws to The Mule, and it turned out to be a great choice for a family meal. Everyone loved it! The sandwiches were delicious – they have a great gluten-free bread for my wife, which is a big plus. All the sandwiches are good, you can't go wrong. I upgraded my fries to the large size, and it was HUGE! So many fries, but they were delicious. Just a heads-up that they're breaded, so not gluten-free. Their sweet potato fries are gluten-free, but they're fried in the same fryer as the regular fries. My mother-in-law really enjoyed the chef salad. Overall, we had a great experience at The Mule. It's a casual spot with good food and friendly service. If you're looking for a place to take the whole family, I'd definitely recommend it.

These workers look like they really enjoy what they do! I had an amazing conversation with who i believe was the manager and i was amazed with the service. They had a difficulty with their line printer which made them lose track of their tickets but she came up to me and let me know what was happening, I appreciated her communicating with me. I’ll definitely be coming back to visit this location. I got a gluten free grill cheese with a tomato basil soup, I recommend this it was amazing. Shoutout to this amazing staff.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Saw this place as we were driving by and it’s always filled with people, and now we know why! They have a plethora of drinks, baked goods, and breakfast/lunch items to choose from. A huge plus is they have vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free options. My husband ordered The Birch House and an americano. I ordered a vegan breakfast sandwich and a hot vanilla latte with oat milk. We also got the almond chocolate ganache tea cake (gluten free and dairy free) to share. All of it was jaw-droppingly delicious! The star of our meal was definitely the tea cake. It was moist and not too overwhelmingly sweet. Every bite of the cake was savored since I don’t often get to enjoy pastries since a lot of them contain dairy. It’s a cute area with plenty of seating and you can study, go on a date, or just enjoy quality time with your loved ones and friends with great food and drinks. They have an upstairs area as well. In the downstairs area, you can see the kitchen area, which is pretty cool to see the workers bake. Overall, it’s a must-try! Such great service and everything was delicious. It does get busy so plan your time accordingly. We went on a Monday around 10am and it was packed, but the line kept moving and we were able to find seating. There is a parking lot in the back and there is parking on the side as well. We will definitely be back! I have my eye on the vegan and gluten-free cinnamon roll for next time. ☺️

I eat here almost every time I wind up on the side of the city with enough time to sit down. Everything here is fantastic, especially if you're gluten-free as they offer gluten-free bread that tastes like bread and not styrofoam like most places! Everything is fresh, tastes amazing, and is well-prepared. How fresh, you ask? Well, there are still seeds. The sauces and everything have that fresh-cut taste. There's even fresh rosemary kept on the table. This place is fantastic, and I would 100% recommend it.

Incredible meal. Great wine list and cocktail menu! Menu changes seasonally. Tonight we had the cacio y pepe wings, deviled eggs, and the scallops. All quite delectable. Also, plenty of gluten free options including the availability of GF pizza, bread and buns. Servers and staff knowledgeable about food allergies and sensitivities. They also have a kids menu. Our 7yo loved the fried chicken bites. Amazing atmosphere. Great service.

I appreciate that the gluten-friendly options are clearly marked on the menu. My son has celiac disease, and he loves the steak on the kids menu. Even though we tell the server that he has celiac, the kitchen still sends a package of Oreos out on his plate. The Oreos they have aren’t gluten-free, so no treat or a gluten-free alternative would be nice. As for the regular menu, I’ve tried several things and have always been happy!

Apparently, Republicans don't like avocados or corn tortillas. I didn't know that ordering avocados and corn tortillas could be such a political statement. At Torchy's you can order a Republican or Democrat taco. The Republican comes with jalapeno sausage on a flour tortilla and the Democrat comes with barbacoa and avocado on a corn tortilla. What if you're a Republican, but you're also gluten intolerant? Do you put yourself through the pain of ordering a Republican taco even though the Democrat might be better for you? Or can you ask for democratic substitutions on your Republican taco? At that point, would you just be an independent? Anyways, I ended up getting the Mr. Orange taco and the Fried Avocado taco. They were delicious.

My friends and I picked Hatch because online it says they have gluten free options and two of the three of us cannot eat gluten without serious sickness and pain following. Our server was very accommodating and double checked with management before ringing in food to ensure it would be non contaminated. We ordered some gluten free pancakes. They were good, tasted like King Author brand which is nice and fluffy. They were less fancy than expected but still good. We had a delicious omelette that they made sure to cook in a different pan to prevent gluten contamination. We also had a burger. The bun looked delicious and both people who cannot have gluten consumed some of the burger. When we asked about the brand, post consumption, they realized that they gave us a normal gluten bun. Unfortunately those two people had autoimmune flare ups for the next two days. The manager came over and apologized and took care of a portion of our bill. They were super nice the whole time and we do understand that mistakes happen. It was nice to discount the meal which mostly afforded the emergency medicine we had to go to the store to purchase afterwards. Moral of the story: check and double it triple check that all your food is gluten free if you have an allergy or high intolerance. Otherwise the food was good, service was great, and the atmosphere was pretty nice for a busy Sunday.

Our first time at a Cheesecake Factory. First of all, we had no idea they had such an extensive menu. Lol. The menu is 21 pages long! . And they have everything from omelets to Chinese food to pasta to burgers to salads. The teens ordered Orange Chicken and the multi cheese pasta with chicken. My husband ordered salmon. Everything was delicious! The server was attentive and friendly. We took some food to go so we'd have room in our bellies to try the infamous cheesecake. We tried strawberry and a chocolate one with peanuts. The slices are huge and so yummy. This is one of those "must try" places. They also offer gluten free options.

First time eating here. I had the chicken fajitas, my mother had the chicken and beef enchiladas. The food was pretty good, and also very reasonably priced for the amount you get; each of our lunch entrees was around $10, and the chips and queso were complimentary. Also of note: there are a variety of gluten free options on the menu, including the chips and several sides and all the tortillas (which are corn). Their website has a FAQ question on exactly what is gluten free and what isn't, so this could be a good restaurant option for people with gluten sensitivity. No complaints about the service. The decor was very fun, with Day of the Dead theming near the entrance, and colorful ceiling hangings inside.

My sister and I was so excited to try the donuts here! My sister has celiac so it was exciting to see they had a GF section. We signed up for the yo loyalty and took our free donut offer in but they said the gluten free wasn’t a part of the “ANY donut for free” so we left! I went on a Sunday at noon, so the wait to get in was long, which was expected. Kimberly was our waitress and she was stellar!!!! she went above and beyond which made the extra wait for food tolerable. I got Gluten Sensative pancakes, which was AMAZING. I have personally been avoiding IHOP as I have been GF for years and was pleasantly surprised when they had a GF and Vegan option. lastly, they still celebrate birthday's. it was my daughters 5yr old birthday and they sang and made her feel special. I am grateful for the fun we had today and the service we received. Thank you!

Beautiful and intimate environment. Probably the best Italian I’ve had in OKC. The chefs and bartenders put care into every dish and was kind to everyone that walked in. A real French-style bakery with actual trained pastry chefs! The croissants were fantastic. Both the chocolate and the traditional butter were very airy, with a nice crisp crust and hearty full-bodied butter flavor. The macarons were also great, with a nice chew that one would expect from a high-quality macaron. The selection of flavors was outstanding. They also offered gluten friendly carrot cake muffins, which we were very appreciative of. Fortunately their macarons were all gluten friendly as well (aside from the cookies and cream flavor). The matcha latte was great and we had wonderful service all around. We look forward to returning to give the quiche Lorraine a try and perhaps a croque monsieur. Very happy to have such a great choice locally.

My husband and I ate at Beth Lyon's Black Cat. It is a gluten free kitchen. My husband had the flatbread pizza with cheese and chicken and I had the Yogi Bowl. Then we had their delicious cookies. My husband gave the pizza an 8 out of 10. That's great; he's a little picky.
