In town briefly, and stumbled upon this little gem of a Plant-Based restaurant.
Gluten-free, dairy-free, and extremely high-quality ingredients used in their food preparation. No cheap filler ingredients here.
Joe and Izzy were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had, and my food and latte tasted fantastic.
If you haven’t worked behind-the-scenes with high-quality Plant-Based, you may not recognize or appreciate the cost or the labor required to prepare this type of food. This is not just simple, oatmeal or rice and beans, which, yes, is Plant-Based, but much different than soaking nuts, blending, and buying high-quality, raw and mainly organic ingredients that, to preserve freshness, generally in small quantities, and not at discounted prices. It’s truly labor of love.
Resturant is bright, immaculate, adorably decorated and fairly priced. High quality ingredients aren’t cheap! Frankly, I was impressed by the prices for the supplements such as the Brain On, etc..
