Second time going to this location with my girlfriend, who had recently been diagnosed with celiac disease. For those that are unaware, that is a complete intolerance to gluten, including in the form of cross contamination. We have had 2 different servers each time, and although neither of them understood what celiac was, after a brief explanation they went above and beyond to ensure we felt accommodated and my girlfriend felt safe with the food she was eating. Prior to us bringing it up, they automatically made the assumption that because it was an *allergy* it needed to be taken quite seriously, and the flattop was cleaned off diligently before her food was made. Quality of the food was as expected, and the friendliness of all the staff members was fantastic. Our first of two visits several months back, the owner even went out of his way to stop by our table and ensure us that her condition would be approached correctly even though it was their first time encountering it. Would give 6 stars if I could, as safety when dining out is a genuine concern that can sometimes hijack the experience. Very happy with how it was all handled and that my girlfriend could fell at ease with the food.
