First trip to Ichi Ramen and it was a perfect dinner on a rainy Sunday afternoon! I’m gluten free and was able to enjoy my first shumai (steamed)! The waitress was so kind and brought me a dish of GF soy sauce (the dish is serve with a non-GF sauce). Then I had the chicken rice noodle bowl with kimchi and it was so yummy, perfectly spiced (won’t burn your mouth out), broth was devine and warmed you through. Already put in my request with my BF “When I don’t feel good this is what I want”👏🏻❤️✨

The only noodle bar with a GF noodle option! I loved the food an my husband has udon which was delicious as well!! I am not celiac and the said they could make some of the others dishes with the rice noodles!! Will be back
