I absolutely love this place. I’ve tried a few of their sandwiches, on gluten-free bread, and they were extraordinary. Fresh, filling, and delicious! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is quite cozy… There isn’t a lot of seating, so keep that in mind depending on the day and time you decide to stop by. I love the art and stickers that they sell… It all feels very community oriented.

First time going there. The only place I found that did gluten-free cheesecake. which I had gotten for my dad's 80th birthday. He has been looking for one for a while. First trip to Ichi Ramen and it was a perfect dinner on a rainy Sunday afternoon! I’m gluten free and was able to enjoy my first shumai (steamed)! The waitress was so kind and brought me a dish of GF soy sauce (the dish is serve with a non-GF sauce). Then I had the chicken rice noodle bowl with kimchi and it was so yummy, perfectly spiced (won’t burn your mouth out), broth was devine and warmed you through. Already put in my request with my BF “When I don’t feel good this is what I want”👏🏻❤️✨
