Three Sisters Cake Shop

I have used Three Sisters for multiple events now - my best friends' wedding, my wedding, and my mom's birthday - and have never had a bad experience. They are friendly, open to ideas, and their cakes are absolutely amazing! We love to support local, women-owned businesses, and Three Sisters will never disappoint! Our wedding cake was delicious, beautiful, and exactly as I envisioned even though we couldn't find an exact reference photo. They took my scattered ideas and created a masterpiece! They were flexible when we downsized due to the pandemic, and provided gluten-free options, which my guests with Celiac were so grateful for and absolutely raved about. EVERY guest loved our cake! Young and old, those who are cake fiends and the ones who usually don't dig sweets, absolutely everyone has been raving about it. We just couldn't be happier!

Ordered gluten free cupcakes with mermaid tails. 48 Cupcakes to be shaped like a Mermaid on a board with writing in frosting. The cucakes were not arranged as such after 2 in person visits an email and phone conversation. The Cake designer had lefr by the time of my pick up for my event to deliver a wedding. My cupcakes came in 4 different boxes and I was left to arrange them shortly before my event. Cupcakes were not fully cooked (I have been gluten free for years) they were sloppily baked and overflowing liners not what one would expect from professionals . Worst part of this is that I have contacted them twice via email with a promise in their responses of a partial refund but still no refund (Also attached photos of their work) Apparently my event was not as important as a wedding. Customer Service gets a FAIL. Have written off receiving refund or any more communication as it has been 8 weeks. Will definitely choose another bakery for future business events.
