The textures paired with the flavors was heaven to me. The pork katsu in the katsu don was light and perfectly crunchy. The Spicy salmon hand roll was delicious as well. The miso soup and the house salad were pleasant to the taste buds and my stomach. One of us in our party was gluten free(celiac) and they even asked us if we were okay with msg in the food. I have NEVER been to a restaurant and they asked about msg. The atmosphere was relaxing during our meal and staff was a joy to speak with and be served by. 20/10 would go again when we visit Bangor. It's even right down the street from Wildwoods!

I'll start by saying the food is delicious! But the service is NOT great. We've gotten take out a few times from here, I have a gluten allergy and always have requested gluten free. It doesn't seem to be an issue for the chefs that prepare the food. But the lady that checks me out each time gets mad when I ask for no soy sauce (soy sauce isn't gluten free). Why it bothers her so much doesn't make sense. She's put in my bag each time I've asked her not to. This last time I stopped by I asked for no soy sauce please and she rudely asked me if I even really had a gluten allergy. Um yes I do, I don't eat a limited diet just for fun. They lost my business.
