Food: I started with the fried foods, which unfortunately turned out to be quite oily. The croquettes, which seemed frozen, cannot be the subject of my evaluation. The mortadella and pistachio omelette, in my opinion, lacked creaminess and had a barely noticeable flavor of mortadella, while the flavor of pistachio was absent. On the other hand, the chef's omelette (courgettes and speck) proved to be much more balanced, with both ingredients well balanced, offering a creamy texture and a pleasant taste. The mortadella and pistachio montanara, however, was excellent: soft and enriched with excellent quality ingredients. As for the pizzas, I had the opportunity to taste the "gricia" and the "mortazza". The "gricia" was rich in cheese, but the flavor of the bacon was barely perceptible, probably due to the small quantity used (only one very thin slice for each piece of pizza). I would suggest using more bacon, also considering the price of the pizza. The "mortazza" instead stood out for its strong and well-defined flavours, fully satisfying expectations. Both pizzas were cooked to perfection, although I considered myself lucky as other diners received pizzas that were overcooked on the bottom. Furthermore, the dough presented some critical issues: not very extensible, with poor alveolation and difficult to cut. It could be the result of an error in the management of the gluten mesh, an aspect that I would recommend improving. Service: The service approached excellence. The waitress was courteous and the entire staff was helpful. However, a certain disorganization emerged in the management of pizza orders, with diners receiving the dishes at very different times. It is advisable to review the coordination within the kitchen. Environment: The venue is refined and elegant, with a private atmosphere, also ideal for ceremonies of a certain level. Cost per person: €20 (drinks included) Conclusions: Although there are several aspects to improve, the place has considerable potential. The quality ingredients and overall experience were not entirely unsatisfactory. Therefore, I give an overall sufficient rating, with a rating of 3⭐️.

My husband and I were there on 07/31/22. Cozy place, friendly and attentive staff. We had a fish based lunch which was all really good. We were amazed! As far as I'm concerned, a really good gluten-free place with good products cooked well.
