I purchased a gluten-free cake at the "La Favola Senza Glutine" store in Forlì, and the choice was really difficult because there were so many cakes with different flavors and sizes, always produced by "Il Gelatino" of Mirandola.
The cake was something spectacular, super good and well made.
You can feel that the highest quality products and raw materials have been used, and even from the external appearance of the dessert you can perceive that the workmanship is done with precision and dedication.
The taste was truly exceptional, and you don't notice the difference at all with "normal" desserts.
This cake in particular was made up of a sponge cake at the base, hazelnut ice cream and cream inside and an external icing adorned with chopped hazelnuts.
I will definitely be purchasing more in the future!
