The best ice cream shop in Turin. Not only are there no ingredients of animal origin but everything is gluten-free and refined sugar-free. Everything created by them! Cones made by them, super tasty like a waffle, worth it for that alone. Simply amazing ice cream flavors, well-studied taste research and much lighter than ice cream with cow's milk and the cream is simply delicious!!!!
Also very good for hot chocolate, they also sell a cocoa cream which is worth trying to see.
If I want an ice cream I go here, I really recommend it to anyone.
