A place much appreciated for the quality of its pizzas and customer attention. Clean and well-kept environment, I personally appreciated the lightness and digestibility of the Triticum dough, in particular combined with the vegan pizza with the addition of buffalo mozzarella.
The restaurant also offers a variety of doughs, including the thin and crumbly typical Emilian dough and the thick and soft Neapolitan dough. Gluten-free pizzas for celiacs are also available.
I also underline the kindness of the owner and all his staff who tried to do their utmost to satisfy the needs of the table.
