Very suggestive location surrounded by ancient stone vaults with relaxing colors. The service is serious, precise and TIMELY considering that we sat down on a Saturday late in the evening. Knowledgeable and friendly guys, the vast open cellar was enchanting and the particular attention paid to the choice of wine was appreciated. Very good food, alternative menu. Prices perfectly in line with everything. Availability of GLUTEN-FREE AIC 2025 certificate for all dishes offered on the menu except Gyoza.

Very very poor. My wife is Italian and we visit Italy on regular occasions. We came to the restaurant as they had gluten free options. We decided to arrive early at 830 as we had a concert next door at 930. We waited over 1 hour for 2 burgers and the two female staff were very dismissive. No apology and take no responsibility. I should have read the reviews first as similar people have said the same. Other tables arrived after us and they were served food before us What a shame. Could have been a better evening Food was okay. Nothing special for such a beautiful area of Italy. A real disappointment. The cheek of the staff as well. No apology was given for the extreme delay and as a gesture €2.50 was taken off our bill. Almost laughable. Please do not come here.... Go elsewhere and hopefully a better establishment will be in place when we return to Molar Di Bari Let's see what response they give as normally it's full of excuses as I've read.
