I just discovered that In-N-Out's menu is entirely gf aside from the buns. They're very aware of allergies and offer to wrap gf burgers in lettuce, tomato or onion and are careful about cross contamination. The fryer does not share with anything containing gluten, which means the fries too are gf. I have been to this location three times and am impressed with their customer service every time. I have been a gf for 15 years+ so I do not remember what a glutenous bun tastes like, but for me the tomato wrap got the job done well. I have struggled with being able to grab a quick bite or find something easy while traveling. This was a really nice find. Oh right, the food tastes mega delicious too. ☺️
