It’s order at the front, then they bring food to your table. The menu has many options for whatever you could be in the mood for. Lots of gluten free and vegan options. The veggie benedict with a side of potatoes was delicious. All the ingredients were perfectly seasoned and fresh. The specialty coffees here are great too. The reason it is 4 stars and not 5 is due to the consistently miserable staff you are presented with. It has never been a welcoming atmosphere every single time we have come. I hope this can change considering the food is fantastic.
Our go to Mexican restaurant! They do great with gluten free. Great food and service! The owner and staff are amazing. Get the carne asada plate or the pork enchilada plate with green chile strips on top!
LOOOOVE this place. I have celiac and lactose intolerance and I can eat here just fine! Gluten free options are great. They always have tasty juices too!!
Don't order a side of bread if you're gluten free! My breakfast didn't come with any toast and I ordered a gluten free English muffin on the side. It was a $5 charge for this, which is pretty exorbitant - about half the cost of the total breakfast, and not worth it.
We went on a Friday night after an event in Lakewood, our first trip to a Ted's. We were planning steaks but after reading the description of the Avalon burger, we were sold. Had it with Bison and my wife is gluten-sensitive and had the GF bun. The most AMAZING burger either of us have had in a long time. The fresh cut fries were great too. But the burger - the bison meat was tender, fresh and buttery-melt-in-your-mouth. Great mix of flavors. And we loved the service - the whole staff seemed friendly but our server was really versed in gluten issues and we definitely appreciated that. Great meal!
The food is consistently excellent. My husband is celiac and can eat just about anything on the menu because they use dairy for their sauces without using wheat to thicken it.
Good beer, extremely friendly staff, and dog friendly which is nice. Plus have some gluten free and gluten-reduced for those with gluten sensitivity or celiac. Will be back!
I dont care for Cilantro but can eat it if it's not to powerful. It's clearly the main ingredient in everything. I wanted to order tacos but when I asked if there is cilantro on them I was told it's cooked into the meat and if it wasn't the chefs don't like modifications. At $40 (including kids meals)a plate I don't give a rip. As I'm gluten free I was pretty happy they had gluten free chicken fingers so I ordered that. I tried my wife's beef tacos and cilantro was the prevailing flavor. Same with the salsa. I will say the menu is clearly labeled there are a lot of gluten free options. I had to surrender my pocket knife upon entry though. Wish I had known the security was tighter than Mile High 🙄. Also don't add a 15% charge so your staff cab nake a living wage. Pay them that and if you have to raise prices fine. But don't force me to tip. Over all it wasn't worth it. U can pay $500 to feed nine people and have a way better experience and meal at almost any place.
Great cross contact procedures for those with gluten allergies or celiac. Labeled gluten free items. Always kind. Remembers me by name with the handful of times going there. One of the few places I feel safe
Great specialty grocer. Fresh refrigerated things like flour, seeds and nuts. This makes for very moist bread, other baking or can find flour alternates if gluten free.
I went to Heaven Creamery when I saw online they have gluten free crepes. I ordered the Peaches, Pistachio, and Marscapone. It's a peaches filling topped with pistachio gelato and homemade Marscapone whipped cream. Because their products have half the sugar, I felt really good about not being on a sugar overload. It was delicious!
They have a decent amount of gluten free options, along with my favorite of all time gf beer - Holidaily! The food is always delicious. I like to get the beef french dip. I do feel that it is a little expensive for what you get, and for the location and setting. It's definitely not a place that I can go to all the time, which is a shame because it definitely feels like a place you could hang out at.
One critique would be their oysters, we came in on a Monday which their sign said oysters were $1. But it turns out the $1 oysters are only after 5pm (that was not on the sign).so we came back the next Monday and got oysters and I guess you get what you pay for. They did not taste fresh at all. We definitely regretted that, however we have gotten the full price oysters (kind of expensive) and they tasted fine.. so maybe it is just Mondays. Tldr: wouldn't recommend the Monday oysters.
This was my first time here! But I was satisfied with my breakfast bun! The bun had egg cheese and tender bacon on the inside. They have two breakfast buns I highly recommend trying them! I also got a raspberry oat muffin. It was a bit tart but very tasting and filling. It’s more on the protein side then pastry side which is lovely for a change. The service was welcoming. Great Bread Co services a bunch of sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, bread, pumpkin chocolates chip bread, chocolate chip bread and much more! They also sell GLUTEN free products I did see gluten free cookies and few breads without it. I thought that was awesome they offer those options.
Huge thanks to Brynn for making sure I was safe. I have celiac disease and am very sensitive from (and symptomatic after) cross contamination. I have eaten here twice and have never gotten sick. The food was delicious and service is stellar. I will be back again with my husband. We don’t go to many restaurants that aren’t exclusively gluten free and celiac safe, but thanks to Brynn and the rest staff following allergen safeguards, I can eat here safely. It means SO MUCH to me. THANK YOU.
We love this place! It is our go to for takeout and absolutely delicious. I’ve enjoyed every item I’ve ordered off of the menu. We don’t typically eat in the restaurant, however it is beautifully decorated and would be a nice spot to dine in.
A significant portion of the menu can be made vegan and most are gluten free. The menu is clear for dietary restrictions. The servings are often enough to split (or to have leftovers). The service is quick.
The wings (cauliflower or tandoori) are top notch, I highly recommend adding to your order.
Fantastic food and friendly owner. Gluten friendly and knows a lot about allergies and how the food is prepared. Hidden gem- never had a bad meal here.
GET YOUR HEALTHY TACOS AT CHIPOTLE! I've been going there for 20 years!
These tacos can be dairy and gluten free. I chose crispy corn tortillas, brown rice, lots of pinto and black beans, chopped tomatoes, pico de gallo, yellow pepper fajitas with red onions, marinated chicken, and a side of plenty of cilantro.
Very tasty as always . . . And all for just $7.75. Thanks Judah for the delicious healthy tacos! These guys started with one restaurant in Denver, and now they have 400 in 20 States Coast to Coast. From Seattle, Washington to Chattanooga, Tennessee to Charleston, South Carolina!
I like it because they have lots more whole food veggie choices than a traditional Mexican taqueria. I've been going to Chipotle for 20 years! My roommate manages one of their restaurants here in Denver. Try out their tacos and stay away from The white flour and cheese . . . Who says you can't eat out and eat healthy? This is one of your best options . . . You'll love it!
😊😊😊
The Diovola pizza has quickly become a favorite of ours. Oh and get a side of ranch, it’s house made and so worth it! But everything we’ve had has been incredible. I appreciate that they have a gluten free crust option too.
Highly recommend the miso soup and crispy spicy tuna appetizer. The sushi was delicious, and they are able to make many rolls gluten free (they have real crab rather than imitation). Service was just okay. Ambiance is nice. With how great the quality of the food was, we will definitely be back.
Great pizza including a tasty gluten free option for the 12”. The guys are always super accommodating, and they crank out pizzas pretty fast for the volume of orders they receive.

The pies are delicious.if you are there before a holiday you can see that they are popular. If ordering for holidays, expect a deadline a few days before pickup I have to order gluten free ones. Many pies can be made gluten free with 2 days notice. I tried the apple pie with a crust on top and it was great. The crust was really tasty. The chocolate cream pie was deilcious too. I had the quiche Lorraine and the filling was great, the crust underneath was pretty good. The crust around the edges was overcooked in 2 separate orders. I would still order it for myself, but not for guests.

Grill cheese and tomato bisque - gooey, with crispy edges! Very good, but a little soggy in the middle. Daughter had a gluten free option, boneless wings for granddaughter, and burger with fries for SIL! Place is huge, and conveniently located right off I-70.
Crisp, fresh, and hot, delicious. The place was moderately busy with lots of consistent carry out orders. Service was great, our server began by asking if anyone had allergies. Our celiac daughter was able to enjoy everything we all had at the table which was all prepared gluten free. Everything was incredible. We will be back!
Everything here was pretty nice. The atmosphere, the food, the service. The best part for me was the abundance of gluten free options. I appreciated that most. It was pretty pricey, I thought.
You always know what you're going to get at Chick-fil-A, no matter where you are. The food is good. They have gluten free buns for those of us with dietary need. The staff here was especially friendly. A good experience.
Great gluten-free pasta. Needs gluten-free bread and more non-dairy options. However, this is my favorite Italian place to go so far for my gluten issues.
Probably the most bland Mexican food I've ever had! Not sure how this place is still in business other than people not wanting to travel to better places to eat.
They have gluten free options, the food wasn't overcooked but the chicken enchiladas, beans, green chili queso had no flavor at all. And the rice tasted like a failed attempt at rice and gondolas.
The chips were pretty good but the salsa was watery and took away from the bit of flavor it did have.
What's sad is there's not even salt/pepper on the table to try to add something to it.
The service was quick but disappointing as I wanted to try a sample of their tomatillo sauce but they wanted to charge me extra so didn't even try it as my friends sauce on her plate was bland as well.
The atmosphere is outdated, the bathrooms were filthy with some annoying language translation playing in background.
I gave it 3 stars because they have gluten free options, the food wasn't overcooked and the service was quick.
Unfortunately I doubt I'll return and can only recommend if you need something quick. Just be prepared to season your own food!
I’ve been to this coffee shop a couple times and had OK experiences. This morning I wanted to treat myself so I swung by for a quad shot honey oat milk latte and gluten-free breakfast burrito. My latte did not come with Hunnie in it. So instead of pouring the honey from the bar which won’t melt or mix in an ice drink, I said, can you put honey in this thinking they had a simple syrup or would just fix it. They poured regular honey on top of my ice drink didn’t stir. It didn’t do anything. I told him I didn’t want to drink. They remade it. The barista dramatically shook something, but it wasn’t Hunnie because his drink still taste like it doesn’t have any honey in it. I’m really sorry. I asked an employee to do their job. Also, my burrito was soggy and disgusting.
Great food! Nice & friendly staff. They support local charities. They have the best gluten-free buns I've had. Most sandwiches can be made gluten-free. Win-win!!

Yay! I found gluten free nuggets on their menu today! When did that happen? Only drawback are the horrible odors coming from the seafood counter across the aisle. Minus one star for nasty seafood odors but that's not bird calls fault. Perfect afternoon snack because my regular chic drive thru was closed for remodeling.

They have a special gluten free menu, so make sure you ask for it! The prices are fantastic, and the sushi is delicious. Our server was super kind. Loved the ambience. The miso soup was one of the best I’ve had, but if you are sensitive to salt, don’t order it. Highly recommend this spot!
You know it's just a chain restaurant. Not much to it but this one is offering gluten free English muffins and they were pretty accommodating with my kids. We had a grand slam I believe and it was pretty good. The hashbrowns were not greasey which is typical for these type restaurants. Kids eat free after 4 too

Love all the gluten free options at Noodles and Company!! I wasn’t feeling well during my stay in Denver this summer, but the menu had plenty of options that were good for my stomach!
