Indian Chimney Restaurant

Okay, this review is a little overdue, as my wife and I have been here several times. In fact it is our default go to restaurant every time we stop over in Albury on our way to/from NSW/ViC. I am also going to preface this with the note that my wife is a coeliac, which makes finding a reliable eatery very tough. Every time we have been to the Indian Chimney we have not only had exemplary service and hospitality, but the food has been second to none. My personal favorite is chicken tikka masala ( better than I have had anywhere) and my wife is still talking about how good the seasonal vegetable curry is two days after the meal. Sorry, but we had to dig in to the meal before the photo was taken, just couldn’t wait! Love this place, we’ll be back for sure!

Indian Chimney never fails to produce excellent curries, their spice range can be mild enough for a baby to hot enough to be enjoyable for more seasoned veterans. They have excellent variety of curries in lamb, beef, chicken, plenty of starters to choose, and a decent amount of naan bread choices. I haven't tried the desserts because I'm always too full to need any, which is a good sign. Plenty gluten-free options, the staff are always so wonderful and helpful. Definitely check it out if you enjoy a good curry.
