When you enter Indian Mehfil in Ipswich, you are greeted by old world charm and pleasant Indian instrumental music. The comfortable seating and low lighting facilitate private conversations. The food and drinks menu offer a wide variety of popular and contemporary foods and drinks and chef’s selections as well. A selection of entrees and main course is made vegan or gluten free on request. I have been a frequent guest here and I have left every time satisfied with my food choices both in taste and freshness. The gravies are certainly not run of the mill and Ipswich Mehfil certainly ranks quite high amongst the top Indian restaurants in Australia in my opinion. The prices are albeit in the fine dining range, but certainly are value for money.
