Ingles Markets

Ingles is more expensive than any other store around, BUT you can be in and out quickly, and if you have special dietary needs, Ingles is the place to find what you need. They have tons of gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free, etc. options that you can't find at Walmart. Their deli is great, too.

I recently discovered that I have celiac disease. I was really nervous about finding gluten free items out here. Was totally surprised to see how many gluten free items they had here and how they are all clearly marked! Thank you so much for the wide selection and thank you to the employees in charge of putting the gluten free tags out!
