Liked 3 of the 4 items that we purchased. Veggie Quiche, Lemon bars, and mixed berry scone were okay. Although, the only berry we found was blackberry.
The sausage cheddar scone had a very dry and sandy texture which is surprising, especially since everything is gluten-free. I would think that they would have gotten the texture better.
I love TJ’s and especially their gluten free items. This trip our family tried their Gluten Free Mini Cupcakes and will definitely be buying them again. This Green Hills store was out of stock of several of our favorites which was a big disappointment but hoping next time they have more in stock.
Clean and cute place to stop for delicious food, our server Taylor was fantastic lots of good recommendations. We have the crispy chicken sandwich with the mild sauce, the brussel sprouts which were out of this world, the street corn Pizza which is one of the best specialty pizzas we have ever had. We started with the caulipoppers 10/10 they were so crispy perfectly fried they are gluten-free so that's a nice option for our Gluten Sensitive friends. Would highly recommend
I've passed the Three Rivers Market several times and not stopped but I just had to stop and take my grandson with me yesterday. They have little kids carts which was a huge win. We shopped up and down every aisle. It is small so it's not a full service grocery store. I guess you would say but we found everything we needed and he put in his little basket. If you are gluten free, vegan, vegetarian or try to eat wholly organic, this is the place for you. It's a hidden little Little gem, oddly placed in my opinion but, well worth the drive.
Every single employee I’ve encountered is friendly and hospitable which is a rarity in this day and time. Love the selection of gluten-free items (frozen mac and cheese item has become a family favorite), as well as fresh produce which ranges from ordinary to organic with heirloom seeds. I enjoy going through the aisles and seeing what is new and available. Glad we have this market.
I always get more than I came for, too many good looking things to eat. Lol. I grabbed a bunch of frozen "last chance" Amy's meals, pretty baller deal. We got veggie gluten free enchiladas, cheese & spinach ravioli meals for like 3 bucks each. Score! We also tried the Too Good To Go app & reserved a bakery bag for $6.99. Contents of bag: a piece of strawberry shortcake ($5 originally), 4 ct pack of vegan croissants ($7 originally), & a 4pk of brown sugar banana nut muffins ($7 originally). Great value!
Small college town grocery mart, similar in style to a Whole Foods or fresh market with lots of natural or locally provided items. Prices can be higher than expected for certain items, but the variety or gluten free or vegetarian options are wide.
I give the VM three stars because it’s varying service due to college students running the hard labor positions. Sometimes lines can be long with a single register open, and lately I have seen many expired items on the shelves! But with there no sale policy of expired items they will let you return the item.
We have been going to this location for the last 15 minutes but really use it for the hot food bar and Amazon drop off. The Amazon has lots of helpers and even a self service area if needed. The hours are good and see the photo for them.
I have always found the staff to be helpful in the store and they seem to care more than other grocery stores in the area. Whole Foods Market is a popular American grocery store chain known for its commitment to selling natural and organic products. Founded in 1980 in Austin, Texas, Whole Foods quickly expanded by focusing on high-quality foods free from artificial preservatives, colors, flavors, and sweeteners. The company became a leader in the organic movement and established strict quality standards that set it apart from traditional supermarkets.
Whole Foods offers a wide selection of products, including fresh produce, meats, seafood, baked goods, dairy, and specialty items like vegan and gluten-free foods. It also emphasizes locally sourced products and often partners with regional farmers and producers. Shoppers at Whole Foods can find items that cater to specific dietary needs, such as paleo, keto, and plant-based diets.
In 2017, Amazon acquired Whole Foods, bringing about major changes such as lower prices on select items, integration with Amazon Prime for discounts, and expanded delivery services. This acquisition helped Whole Foods reach an even larger audience while maintaining its original commitment to quality and sustainability.
Beyond groceries, Whole Foods is known for its eco-friendly initiatives. Stores often feature recycling programs, sustainable seafood certifications, and efforts to reduce plastic use. Many locations are also active in their communities, supporting local charities and hosting educational events about healthy living.
While Whole Foods has sometimes faced criticism for high prices, it remains a favorite among shoppers who prioritize organic foods and a transparent supply chain. Its blend of quality, ethics, and convenience continues to influence the way many Americans shop and eat. Whether you are looking for fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients or specialty health products, Whole Foods has earned a reputation as a trusted name in the natural foods industry.
Not the best Whole Foods I've been to, the hot bar sucks and if you are gluten free, they don't have really any freshly baked goods for that demographic, at least not the day I went. It was clean though and still has all the things you'd expect. Parking sucks as well.
I visited sprouts today and couldn’t find my gluten free hamburger buns, an associate by the name of Jamesia walked all the way across the store for me to find the buns. Sadly, they didn’t have them but she recommended a different brand and that’s what I’ll be buying from now on! thank you!!

Most things can be bought here, same for every grocery store. It's smaller and easier to navigate for sure! The Boars Head deli is always a bonus since I don't really like the pre-packaged sliced cheeses and meats. My only issue with the place is the lack of a dedicated gluten-free section. Everything gluten-free is scattered around so you just have to look up and down the isles to find anything you may need. It's not ideal but definitely an easy fix if they decide to do something about it.
Best grocery store in town 😋 Tons of gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, nut free, and egg free options...all at the lowest prices!
Highly recommend!

I recently started eating vegan and gluten free the guy at the register explained to me what seitan is. He was very nice and a riot he kept me laughing as i was waiting on my food. I ordered the buffalo tofu ceasar salad very very did i say very well im gonna say it again very good!!!! Layers of flavor gradual heat kale well dress delightful
Always have great selections and prices. Plenty of vegan/vegetarian/gluten or any other selections for those with dietary restrictions. The staff is awesome and always friendly and willing to help.
We loved everything about it. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Things are very clearly labeled as Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, etc. I greatly appreciated this as I am GF. It made ordering so easy! We will be back!
Wonderful gluten-free bread and roll selection. Clean store. Only place around that has Mr's B's butter taste frozen biscuits. Their egg prices could be lower, but overall great place to shop.
New store, just opened a month ago. Bigger brighter than the old location. The selection is really good for gluten-free items as well.
The bonus is they now have a gas station in front of the store.
Great service. Great selection, except for bottled water, steel cut oatmeal, gluten free pasta, and frozen tilapia. Wish they had Pure Life bottled water.
Ingles is more expensive than any other store around, BUT you can be in and out quickly, and if you have special dietary needs, Ingles is the place to find what you need. They have tons of gluten free, vegetarian, dairy free, etc. options that you can't find at Walmart. Their deli is great, too.
They’re not Whole Foods but they also don’t pretend to be. (As in only clean foods and organic etc…)
I give them 4 stars because they don’t have a good handle on organization of their products. There is no rhyme nor reason to how they lay out their products and everything is mixed up together. So for someone like me who needs to have gluten free or organic products I have to pilfer thru products. And that is very frustrating.
Otherwise I love their products. They do offer very interesting stuff. And new fun things.
This store has a great selection of produce - some local as well! They carry gluten free products which can be hard to find and their selection is excellent. The prices are good and the store is clean and bright. If you get one of their loyalty cards you can save even more money!

I love shopping here. I pass 2 food cities on my way to this location but it's worth the distance. Fresher produce, friendlier associates and everything is usually stocked. They have a wide variety for vegans, carnivores, and those with dairy and gluten issues. The shopping carts have a drink holder spot on them. From what I could tell workers were masked and being COVID-19 cautious.
Plus there's a Starbucks inside.

A little pricey but overall I had a good shopping experience. I was mostly looking for gluten free cupcakes which I did not find but I did purchase a few other gluten free items. Thank you.
The prices are decent for Ooltewah. Great selection of Gluten free foods.
Staff was really friendly.
However every thing on sale required the store card. and EVERYTHING was marked down from a higher price so make it seem like you are saving more $ and to force you into getting your information with loyalty cards. They are a tthing of the past, come on food city.

Gluten free friends, there's finally a bagel for us and it's very good! I went safe and ordered plain cream cheese. The bagel is chewy and held up well. I had half of it the next day and it was still good! I highly recommend ordering online for pick up, it gets very crowded.
I just had the best experience at this Publix today. I was wandering around looking like a crazy person trying to find gluten-free soy sauce., Something that is not very common and hard to find. This manager that has red hair, He had a blue shirt on, I feel so bad. But I completely forget his name BUT He was searching their inventory on his phone for it, and we couldn’t find it and he said he literally would asked around to see if anyone knew where it could be….and then found me when he found those soy sauce for me! It was something so small but so meaningful. ❤️
Excellent selection of items, nice meat and cheese section with crisp fresh produce.
Everything is always well stocked, employees are helpful and never in the way. Many gluten free items too
Food City had their gluten free section nicely labeled. Products were easy to find. The store was clean and well organized. Overall a really great grocery store.
This local Food city is clean and well stocked with items. Loses one star for parking which is poorly laid out. Staff is friendly and helpful and you can get nearly everything you could need. They have a special diet section for gluten free and other special items.
This is my 1st time here. It's a nice store. The produce is beautiful, I mean for real. It's bright with good-sized isles to go down. There are plenty of selections to include a vegan and gluten-free area. The beer and wine sections have the basics stuff, u will not find specialty beers or wine, but it's fine for the everyday stuff. The seafood looks good and the meat looks fresh. All in all, a pretty nice visit.
