We love this bakery so much that we planned our entire summer vacation around coming back to visit. We happened upon it in Sept '21 and literally made the Innominate Coffeehouse the focus of our vacation this summer. The staff is so kind and inviting, and they clearly enjoy each other and their work. The baked goods are scrumptious! Our daughters LOVE the cinnamon rolls and the gluten-free white chocolate raspberry muffin is the best GF muffin I've ever had. Don't miss the acoustic jam sessions on Thursday mornings at 10:00 - a rare musical treat. One of our daughters said, can we give them 7.9 billion stars instead of just five? We live in Golden, CO and plan to come back again!
