I don't think I've ever seen a menu offering this extensive for clean eating, and the pricing is sublime. I'm gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free (read: very fun to take out to eat) and had a field day here whilst on vacation. The nut milks and juices were incredible. The mixed berry cheesecake was divine--I desperately need the recipe. I need you to open up an outpost where I live!!

Very crowded, extremely rude staff. They seemed in a rush because of the crowds which is understandable but could have easily been more polite and friendly. Said there was gluten free bread substitute but when I tried ordering one of their bread dishes with it was just told not possible in a blunt and rude way, with no further explanation why it wasn't possible. Then followed by an annoyed stared as I tried to figure out something else to order. Ended up just getting a Chai latte, which was pretty watery and sweet, so not great. Overall disappointing experience and will not come back. Don't recommend for anyone gluten intolerant.

Aye, I love this place even when I order off of doordash they always get my order right. I’m allergic to gluten, lactose, and eggs and if you ask for substitutions they will always let you (even off DoorDash) They have gluten free bagels and bread and I’ve tried over half their menu and not a single thing that I have tried has been bad. The coffee is good and the staff is kind. The place is always packed but my order has never gotten messed up. I order from them almost every morning at work.

We had a wonderful waitress, very knowledgeable and friendly. She was very attentive to our needs. What a great way to start the morning! The food was great. My daughter and I shared a breakfast they separated the food for us, and we each had our own plate. All 3 meals are great ! Our daughter is gluten-free. The waitress made wonderful substitution suggestions!

So glad we got in line to have breakfast here! They make their own flour blend and it's delicious (plus a lot less gluten, it doesn't say gluten free). Everything was delicious and the muffins are just delicious. We ended getting a few bags of their pancake mix ar checkout.

They have a big variety of glass jar organic juices. Thank you! They are expanding their gluten free section. We also stayed with the campers in the parking lot and everyone was quiet and respect of others sleeping.

I started visiting The Pie Hole last year for their salads. Once I found out they have gluten free options it is not my favorite place for lunch. If you are wanting homemade soups, sandwiches, salads and pies this is the place!! The gentlemen at work love their homemade pot pies! The bonus for me is if I give them notice they will make me GF pies. Great family owned mom and pop company….honestly love everyone there!

They have some great gluten-free options at the store. I love the decadent chocolate cake. Some of the best baked goods I can find in Casper. The store is always clean and well maintained. The only problem I have with it is that the handicap access parking is not well placed. And there's not enough of it.

I have been very impressed with Thrifty Foods as of late. There was a discussion post on social media about what kinds of new foods the community would like to see at the store. I suggested more gluten free options, since I have a child that needs to eat gluten free. We had already planned on going to another place for dinner when one of the friendly and helpful employees stopped to talk to us as she was propping up the “open” banner. Due to her friendly attitude, we decided to walk around the shop. The other darling employee working came out to greet us and was equally inviting and helpful. Who goes to a bakery and asks if they have anything gluten free? Apparently I do. I have a sensitivity to gluten and asked for a sandwich without the bread. They happily complied and even remembered to give me the sauces on the side. My husband and day also ordered sandwiches and the food was delicious. Fantastic food, fun possible purchases, decorated charmingly, and attentive staff made for a wonderful change of plans.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Elevated gluten-free cinnamon roll and lasagna, and both were absolutely amazing! The cinnamon roll was soft, sweet, and perfectly spiced! And the lasagna was delicious, packed with flavor, and a hit with the whole family. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, it’s hard to find such satisfying comfort food, but Elevated Bakery knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend checking them out!

This is my favorite place to stop while on my girls hunting trip! We get off the river and grab our daily gluten free blueberry muffin, fresh baked sourdough loaf (sliced upon purchase), and a hot cup off their long list of caffeinated beverages. The pumpkin bread, raspberry and cream cheese danishes, giant cinnamon rolls, and vibes are all a 10/10!
