I dined in this morning, and my server, Elias was incredible! He brought my food out quickly, and refilled my coffee every time there was about a sip left. Not only did Elias create appropriate and friendly conversation, but he also made sure my gluten allergy was accommodated! I’m thoroughly impressed with Perkins’ efficiency and hospitality, and also recommend Elias as a server to any guests dining.
