I haven’t had Insomnia Cookies since undergrad so this was a trip down memory lane. It instantly smells like fresh cookies when you walk in which is incredible. The menu is the same as what I remembered it being from years ago. With that I wish there were more Gluten free and dairy free options. As someone who tries to be GF and DF there wasn’t one option that offered both. I decided to go with the GF chocolate Chip cookie. It was delicious and gooey, one of the better GF cookies I’ve had; again just wish it was also DF.

Good cookies. New location in downtown Phoenix attached to the cityscape building. I bought a six pack of the classic cookies to include white chocolate macadamia, red velvet, vegan birthday cake (can't tell that it's vegan by the taste) and the gluten free chocolate chip (also can't taste a difference either the gluten free). All of the cookies were good but the gluten free chocolate chip tasted the best
