My husband and I visited Bryson City over the weekend, and we decided to try Iron Wok because it was close to the hotel and I'd read online that they are able to make dishes for people who have celiac or are otherwise gluten intolerant. As soon as I told the waiter about our situation, he spoke with the manager and confirmed that the dishes we wanted could be safely made gluten free. We had fresh spring rolls and pho because we used to live in Cambodia, and we love Southeast Asian food. The pho was some of the best I have had outside of Vietnam. I was genuinely impressed, and the portion size was enormous. The spring rolls were also amazing. We left full and happy, and my husband did not have a reaction. We will definitely be back! The staff here are really cool. Everyone working the night we went was from Indonesia, and their positive attitudes made the meal even better. Thank you, Iron Wok!

Garbage. Worst chinese food I've ever had. It was very filling yet i was still hungry. (Which im guessing is because they add ridiculous amounts of gluten). Had to throw away.
