Holy smokes, Batman! As someone who often struggles to find great food options (especially gluten-free), Irregardless blew me away. Our waitress—whose name I regretfully forgot, and it’s not on my receipt—was phenomenal. I told her I was torn between a few choices, and she confidently recommended the Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich (GF). Honestly? One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in over 12 years. Crispy, flavorful, and totally worth the hype. 🌱 They accommodate a ton of dietary restrictions. 🍽️ Portion sizes? Generous. 🌿 Food? Incredibly fresh and delicious. 🏡 Location? Adorable. 🚗 Parking? A bit tricky, but it’s the only “meh” part. 🪑 Inside? Cozy, charming, and quiet enough to actually enjoy a conversation. If you’re in Raleigh and want something amazing, run—don’t walk—to Irregardless.

This place was amazing! We came for Brunch (make a reservation) and it delivered on the high expectation we had. The smoked salmon eggs Benedict was unreal, and we were told they smoked the salmon in house as well as made the crab cakes in house. They took care of my wife’s gluten allergy, they were very knowledgeable and made her feel comfortable there would be no cross-contamination. The service and everything was on point, we can’t wait to come back!

This is a great spot for food allergies. My wife had a fried chicken sandwich which was gluten free and she was in heaven. I had their signature black bean burger and the jalapeno jam was very tasty.
