Made gluten free Hawaiian poke for me on the fly! I asked if there were GF poke options, and the person behind the seafood counter said that unfortunately, no. But before I could even ask, she said, “I can make the Hawaiian one gluten free for you” - and I jumped for joy. The poke was phenomenal - sesame oil, GF soy sauce, kukui nut, onion, and I think some chili flakes. Got 1 lb @ 24.99/lb
