I'm originally a midwesterner, so I'm partial to custard. But this ice cream is soooooo amazing, it's the only ice cream I ever want to eat. Flavors are unique and very distinct. Gluten free marked well. Rich and creamy and just so good. If you do nothing else on the shore, eat Island Creamery.
