Easily my favourite place in Sooke for feel good food. Love the amount of delicious vegan options, as well as gluten free. I’ve had the coffee, chai tea, garden panini, smoothies and avocado toast and I cant decide which I like more! They’re all amazing.
Kristina and Chef Miloš are so kind and create such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. Definitely my favourite spot for dine-in with ocean views, or for takeout. Always very clean with comfortable places to sit. I love Island Tarts. 10/10 every time!

Everything looked so delicious here. At the hotel, I couldn’t find anything for breakfast that’s gluten and dairy free so I went here. I got the dairy and gluten free muffin, it was so yummy! Such a lovely staff <3
