Not sure what to say but this is an amazing restaurant, I can see why it comes up on the list of best vegan restaurants in London. First about the location. Itadakizen is very easy to reach and it was easy to get there even without getting public transport from St Pancreas International. It is a small restaurant and fills up pretty fast, so I advise you to book a table. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The ambience is chill and cozy. The food... that's the best I've had in a restaurant for a long long time. Everything is vegan and they also have gluten free options. There are a lot of tapas type dishes so it is nice to share and try different dishes. We had the miso glazed egg plant...which was my favourite...perfect. Most restaurants make eggplants extremely oily and soggy, but this was perfect. The texture was moist and just right, the taste was amazing too 🀩😍🀩. We also loved the cucumber kimchi, and the sweet potato noodles. My hubby also tried some dishes that had gluten. He loved the tempura and the spring rolls. The spring rolls dough was very thin and looked very light and crunchy. The plum wine is also worth trying, sweet and refreshing. I did forget to take photos before as everything was so tasty, but the pic is matcha purrin, very light and refreshing. A perfect finishing touch for a meal. I strongly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return.

I had a delicious dinner with a friend at Itadakizen. It has been a while since I visited and the food has got even better. I love the array of tofu dishes and the fact dietary allergens (e.g gluten) can be catered for. Highly recommend the cucumber kimchi, aubergine and spicy ramen. The vegan yuzu mochi was delightful too and I thought it was all good value too for high quality food, great service and a nice ambience.
