Delicious Pizzas at Italeña Pizzeria, La Eliana We visited Italeña Pizzeria and enjoyed a very pleasant culinary experience. We ordered three pizzas: Il Campeone, Bologna, and the Iberian Delight (the latter with gluten-free dough), and I must say the quality of the ingredients and flavors really stood out. Highlights of the Experience Traditional pizzas like the Il Campeone and Bologna were a true delight, with perfectly baked doughs, fresh ingredients, and combinations that highlight classic Italian flavors. Plus, the price is more than reasonable for the quality offered. Gluten-Free Dough Recommendation We opted for the gluten-free dough for the Iberian Delight, and while it's a great option for those looking for alternatives, I must say it loses some of the authenticity characteristic of Italian pizza. My recommendation is to enjoy the traditional doughs for a more authentic experience. Atmosphere and Service The place is cozy, and the service was fast and friendly. The team made sure everything was to our liking, which is always a plus. In short, Italeña Pizzería is an excellent choice in La Eliana if you're looking for delicious pizzas and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back to explore their menu further.
