We have been dining at this pizzeria, looking for gluten-free options that were not frozen dough. And there they made it for you on the spot just like a normal dough. We ordered a baked provolone to share and a pizza/calzone each. The dough was very rich, very thin and ate very well. Highlight the kindness of the people who work there. We went for dinner on Fallas Sunday and, even though it was full, the service was always fast and very pleasant. The pizzas are delicious and very large, and suitable for people who are fructose intolerant because the dough is slow fermented and they do not add sugar. They also have gluten-free, whole wheat and vegan options, as well as many other non-pizza options. Without a doubt, we will return many times.

Very good. We have gone to eat and the place is very nice, it has many tables and also the location is great in front of the beach. It has many vegetarian and gluten-free options, but what I liked most is that I asked if there could be something vegan and they gave me options to choose from, so it is very appreciated. The prices are not cheap but the food is very tasty and there is a good quantity so it is worth it. Recommended especially if you follow a vegetarian/vegan diet.

We went on the recommendation of a friend. We arrived quite hungry and ordered for 2 people: bravas, provolone, the carbotruffle pizza and the gluten-free Italian pizza. For dessert, the cheesecake with nutella. The starters were very good but they filled us up a lot and we could hardly enjoy the pizzas. The gluten-free Italiana is very delicious (especially the dough). We found the carbotruffle a little oily. The atmosphere of the restaurant was a little stuffy, due to the large influx of people and the noise of the TV.
