Our server Elvis was great and knowledgeable about the menu and allergies. I do think it’s strange that gluten free noodles are offered but none of the broths are gluten free. At least one gluten free broth would suffice. The only gluten free options are edamame and white rice. If you have gluten free Japanese vodka, it’s possible to make a broth.

What an amazing visit. The Chicken Ramen was full of flavor well before I added the garlic and serrano peppers. My palate was pleased, my Celiac needs were met and Chris as our server made it a top notch evening. I am looking forward to my next visit. It won't be soon enough!
