What a pleasant experience with Teresa for lunch today. I was looking to order the scallop ceviche but because of my gluten allergy I was not able to. Instead, Teresa recommended I’d opt for the yellowfin tuna salad as she explained the flavour profiles would reflect a similar one to the ceviche. And boy was she on point with that recommendation, I did not have tk miss out on that ceviche! Thanks Joey team and Teresa… will be back for sure
