It was a terrible experience. We went there for my dad’s birthday—there were six of us—and we arrived without a reservation. They did seat us at a table, but as soon as we sat down, the waitress seemed totally disoriented. She didn’t even know how to explain the menu or what to recommend. Then, when we ordered drinks and later our food, it got worse. My mom and dad are vegan, and when we asked the waitress for any vegan recommendations, she just told us to look at the menu ourselves. Similarly, my stepdaughter is gluten intolerant, and when we asked for something suitable for her, the waitress had no idea what to suggest. When they brought out the gluten-free dish, it was just rice and chicken, and it ended up making the person who ate it feel sick—they had to go straight to the bathroom afterward. On top of that, we ordered a vegan paella without being told it was meant to serve five to seven people, even though only two people at the table were actually vegan. It was really unprofessional that she didn’t warn us. And to make matters worse, the paella ended up watery, almost like a soup. There were two adult vegans, two adults who only ordered a single dish each, plus a baby and two kids. Finally, when the bill came, it was $500, which felt like a total rip-off given how bad everything had been.

unfortunately, they actually doesn't have a separate kitchen space or dedicated fryer according to the serve. the menu also says clearly that they can't guarantee Cross contamination.
