First time visiting a jason's deli ever and it will be the last. Told the cashier that we were new and had gluten, vegan sensitivities, was there a menu? After looking at the proffered menu, we placed an order with several order alterations for food sensitivities. The soda was too sweet, as if there was too much syrup in the mix. When we received our order, something as simple as the chip and pickle order was completely wrong for both orders and the gluten, vegan order? The receipt only requested gluten free, despite the cashier selling it as gfdf. Overall, not a great impression on first time customers!
