Be sure if you are ordering gluten free that you order is indeed gluten free. The damage that can be caused from ingesting gluten can be irreparable to someone with Celiacs Disease. On 3 occasions, was given non gluten free food. The first occasion caused extreme sickness to the individual. The other two occasions, I was able to catch the mistake before leaving with food. Food had to be remade. This is not okay. Please do better
